Gents 1st XI:

Uddingston were looking to get back to winning ways after the previous weeks defeat. The game started well with Uddingston having most of the possesion. After good play down the right the ball was then played into to the 'D' for Martin Lorimer to be fouled and a penalty stroke awarded, which Jonjo Lavin camly placed the ball past the keeper for the opening goal.

After the opening goal both teams shared thr possesion with both teams having chances at goal. With the game looking very close it was only some mistakes and poor defending from Uddingston that allowed Falkirk back into the game, with them scoring 3 goals in quick succesion against the run of play. The game went into half time, with uddingston trailing by 2 goals.

The second half started pretty much the same as the first with Uddingston applying all the pressure and creating several chances, gaining several corners but were unable to apply the finishing touch. The game finished 3-1 to Falkirk.
