Pre Season Training is Here


Season 2012/13 is now almost upon us therefore as normal we are going to start our pre season with fitness training as detailed below that all members are encouraged to attend with Monday night being the clubs preferred night if you are only able to make one night.

This year we are going to run fitness training starting on Monday 9th July prior to us moving to hockey training and friendlies from Monday  6th August with the new season starting on 1st September for 2s & Ladies and 8th September for 1s, 3s and 4s.

As normal full details will be uploaded to the website, twitter and  facebook accounts so please keep up to date as we will be adding more details continually.

 Fitness Programme:

 Monday 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th July

 7 - 9pm at UC&SC
 No cost
 Level 1 Coach - Nairn Scobie (High level)
 Level 2 Coach - Ross Paterson (Low level)
 For Monday night training you should confirm attendance with your captain.


 Wednesday 11th, 18th, 25th July & 1st Aug

 7 - 9pm (Exact time to suit games / sessions)
 Option 1 - Mixed hockey (open to all non 1st team with £5 charge)
 Option 2 - Crossfit fitness at Crossfit centre (High level with £5 charge)
 Option 3 - SOS session at UC&SC (Low level with £5 charge)

 For Wednesday night training you should confirm with your team captain what option you are planning to take part in with captains also having full details if further information is required on Crossfit or SOS as both are via external parties and not run by UHC.
