In line with the recent appointment of Tom Hyndman as Director of Coaching, the hockey club has continued to review its senior management structure and are delighted to announce two new appointments effective from 1st February.

These changes will further strengthen our senior management on the hockey side with each individual having clear roles and responsibilities. They will move towards a collective goal to provide social and performance level hockey for all while growing the club both at both grass root and senior levels.

Steven Percy our new Development Officer commented, “This move allows me more time to focus on the overall development of the club with an eye on the long-term future which is key to the clubs growth going forward”.

Mick Evans our new Director of Hockey commented, “I have been very impressed with the club since I arrived in September last year and am delighted to step up to the role of making sure the club achieves on its goals and aspirations for the future”.

David Goodfellow the Club Vice President commented “It is great to have three high quality people in place at our club to look after and drive forward the hockey side of the club that in turns allows myself and the rest of the committee to focus on other key areas”.

On behalf of the club we wish them all our best wishes in their new roles and look forward to benefiting from their collective input for many years to come.
