Congratulations to four new Level 1 umpires: Iain Scott, Martin McIntosh, Lewis Angus & Chris Boyle.

They are part of the group of 15 players who recently sat their Level 1 theory and have progressed to their test match.

As the remainder of the group progress to their test match plans are already being drawn up for 20 more players to come on board to work towards their Level 1.
